1. Overview

The survey feedback promotion, hosted by Your Local Go-To (“Organizer”), allows participants to share their feedback for a chance to win a $100 gift card. By entering, participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • The promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older.
  • Employees, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of Your Local Go-To are not eligible to participate.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3. How to Enter

  • Participants must complete the official survey hosted by Your Local Go-To.
  • All required survey fields must be completed honestly and accurately.
  • Entries must be submitted before the deadline outlined below.

4. Promotion Period

  • The promotion begins on 01/01/25 and ends on 01/31/25.
  • Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

5. Prize Details

  • One (1) winner will receive a $100 gift card.
  • The gift card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the original becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will take place within 7 business days after the promotion ends.
  • The winner will be notified via the contact information provided in the survey (email or phone).
  • If the winner does not respond within 3 business days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be drawn.

7. Privacy Policy

  • By entering the promotion, participants agree that their feedback and personal information will be used by Your Local Go-To for business improvements, customer insights, and marketing purposes.
  • Personal information will not be shared or sold to third parties.

8. General Conditions

  • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion at any time for any reason.
  • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Your Local Go-To from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation or prize acceptance.
  • Any attempt to tamper with or manipulate the promotion will result in disqualification.

The Organizer assumes no responsibility for:

  • Lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical failures.
  • Errors, omissions, or disruptions that may impact the promotion.
